How you have trained to become as fit as you are now is not going to get you to that next level of results. I have been there, I have gotten stuck in training and had to fight through plateaus and set backs. I have been just as confused as you about what the next step looks like.

Every year there is new or different information on how to get to that next level and often times it contradicts last year’s “new” information.
You don’t want to eat steamed broccoli and boiled chicken 7 times a day.

My name is Luke and I am a normal guy that has been doing some for of exercise or training for 15 years. During the last 15 years I have trained like a bodybuilder, an Olympic weightlifter, a powerlifter, a CrossFitter, and in calisthenics.
I have worked out in gyms, in parks, in garages, and in combat zones. I have made a lot of mistakes in my training and have discovered over time what works best in training and nutrition for the average person to get to the next level.
